Concierge / Hospitality Desk

Our hospitality services are provided by trained professionals who will see your guests are taken care of since the time they are invited for the wedding. This would start with RSVP guest calling and reconfirming their arrival and departure. They would be taken care from their landing in the city. The fleet of cars would make sure the guests reach the hotel in a comfortable and stress free manner. Receiving of guests on arrival and coordinating further movement of guests. Further coordination of baggage transfers and guest check in with hotels.

A concierge desk at hotel will be set up to give personalized service, which would act as information centre to ensure a pleasant stay of guests attending the wedding.

Placement of thematic welcome notes, wedding kit, snack, mini bar hampers, fruit platters, cookies etc; in the room before the check in of the guests and daily replenishment. The desk would communicate day to day ceremonies itinerary to all wedding guests from time to time. They would also help the guests with any other information such as local sight-seeing and shopping.
